The primary challenge was to build a compelling Brand focused on Newstead’s strategic location and major infrastructure projects that would enhance the value of the apartments over time, particularly with Brisbane hosting the 2032 Olympics. Additionally, with two towers offering distinct views—river and park—it was essential to market both equally, ensuring neither tower was seen as less appealing to potential buyers.

Brand.4.Profit emphasised the proximity to high-value developments and accessibility to education, health, and entertainment facilities, leveraging forecasts predicting Brisbane's property market growth to attract international buyers. The development was named Newstead Park Residences, with one tower branded as River Residences and the other as Hillside Residences, giving both buildings unique yet equal appeal. A strategic two-stage marketing campaign was launched, with 50% of the first tower’s apartments selling during the pre-release phase, thanks to targeted messaging that positioned the development as a future-proof investment.
