Karen had built a solid reputation as a marketing coach who genuinely cares about small business owners. She is known for her energy, honesty and her ability to explain marketing in plain English.

However when new clients discovered her Brand, there was a disconnect.

Her visuals leaned playful, her messaging felt unclear. And the authority behind her 20+ years of experience wasn’t coming through clearly. The Brand didn’t feel fully realised.

Karen knew she was stepping into a bigger version of her business with more structure, more leadership and more confidence in her positioning. But her Brand was still sitting somewhere between “friendly and fun” and “strategic and powerful.”

Brand deliverables

The comprehensive Brand Strategy included the development of a new Brandmark, Brand Guidelines, Brand Identity and Positioning, extending across print and digital mediums. Core Brand Assets and foundational templates were established to ensure consistency and clarity across all external communications.

 

Internal proposal documents were strategically structured and styled in alignment with the new Brand Identity, providing a cohesive framework for Karen to build out and customise as required. Social media templates were also created and a visual system was designed to translate seamlessly across future digital applications.

These changes strengthened overall brand cohesion and elevated market presence, supporting continued growth and deeper client engagement.
