BRAND CHALLENGE
The merger of Aris Tech (an IT and Digital recruitment agency) with Zinc Recruitment (a Creative Industries recruitment agency) presented significant Branding challenges. These companies had distinct and outdated visual identities, different ownership, and no alignment in values, messaging, or content. The challenge was to merge these identities into a cohesive Brand that catered to both the Digital Technology and Creative Industries while introducing new services like Consulting Solutions and Payroll Solutions. Additionally, the Brand needed to appeal to two distinct audiences — employers and candidates — each requiring tailored messaging, content, and different calls to action.
BRAND SOLUTION
To address these challenges, the company was rebranded under the overarching name ARIS•ZINC Group, with sub-brands for each of its business divisions: Recruiting Solutions, Consulting Solutions, and Payroll Solutions. A national presence was established with a 1300 number, and ISO accreditation was achieved to elevate systems, processes, and quality assurance. A Brand Communications Strategy was developed to effectively reach both employers and candidates nation-wide, supported by a web portal designed to clearly distinguish between these two audiences.
Brand deliverables
The rebranding effort included a comprehensive Brand Launch targeting both existing clients and candidates, as well as strategies to attract new ones by combining the Digital IT and Creative Industries. Deliverables included the development of a new Brandmark, Brand Guidelines, and a cohesive Brand Identity. The project also encompassed art direction, concept and design development, print management, and the creation of various materials such as stationery, PowerPoints, internal documents, staff photography, and office signage, ensuring a consistent and human-centered brand experience across all touchpoints.
